1. Cancellation Policy: No refund if cancel within 24hrs of the appointment. However, things happen in life - reschedule is fine at any time point prior to the appointment. We may require rescheduling as well - in that case, you can choose to accept rescheduling or get a full refund. See you soon:)

2. We cannot help with Amazon Selling registration. If your Amazon seller account is having any kind of issue, please call seller support. There is nothing we can do to help.
